So my car has been running very rough/fighting itself for quite some time, I have gone through and replaced the usual culprits and branched off and replaced a few others too..
Anyway, I've been told by someone that did fix a very similar problem on their Cabriolet by replacing the Engine Speed Sensor, I've been told I essentially need a lift to do this underneath the car however.. Has anyone else done this before? Just wanting to know the best way to approach it and whatnot.

Intake manifold leaks/gaskets
Replaced the Intake manifold itself
G62 Coolant Temp Sensor
Oxygen Sensors
Air Intake Manifold Sensor
Intake manifold all cleaned
Throttle Body Cleaned up
Idle Control Valve Spot cleaned up
Spark Plugs
Spark Plug Leads
Idle Control Valve (Tried 3 now..)
Crankcase Ventilation Hoses Cleaned up/Repaired with Leccy Tape
