Is there an offical site or document where I can find that the car is Euro 1? Soon in Belgium, in the city of Antwerp, there will be a 'low emission-zone'. Petrol cars need to be minimum Euro 1. Building a 'MiniKat oder Kaltlaufregler' has no legal value...
Es gibt ein officielles Dokument mit Euro 1 auf? Oder ein website von Audi?

I haven't seen one yet. But you coul'd try to get a document by contacting Audi directly. I'm sure you'll get one.
An other opportunity may be a copy of vehicles license document, if this is enough? -
On both documents of the car: 'registration' and 'conformity certificate', the Euronorm is not mentioned. I'm glad to hear the car is Euronorm 1.

Usually my idea was, to copy a registration certificate from another car, which is the same as yours. I wonder if this would be enough?
On the other hand, they can't prove, if the vehicle the copied documents come from, has the shown emission class from factory, or because of an additional system like KLR....
Where does the car come from? -
I contacted Audi Belgium and they told me the car is Euronorm 2. They did a search in their system based on the VIN. The car has a katalysator, based upon their data.
Via my Audi-dealer, I can order a conformity certificate which mentions the Euronorm.
